Usana Leads

Usana Leads
When Dr. Myron Wentz founded Usana he said “I dream of a world free from pain and suffering. I dream of a world free from disease. The USANA family will be the healthiest family on earth. Share my vision. Love life and live it to its fullest in happiness and health.”
Now that is a wonderful vision to have. Dreams do come true too.
He and other scientists were finding that our environment, lifestyle, and diet were some of the factors that contributed to the erosion of our health. One of the most significant research findings has been the value of antioxidants in countering the negative effect of “free radicals” in the human body. Free radicals are believed to be the cause of many degenerative diseases, and spawn from a variety of factors including pollution, high-fat diets, lack of exercise, and smoking.
Today, USANA’s products are on the leading edge of providing adequate cell-level nutrition, fiber, and antioxidant protection for our bodies. Dr. Wentz is applying the same level of scientific expertise, technical brilliance, and dedication he employed in pioneering viral diagnostics to create breakthrough approaches to nutritional wellness.
As sciences go, nutrition is a young one. To put its age in perspective, if the history of the human race were compressed into 24 hours, scientific discoveries began about 12 seconds ago, and nutrition, as an organized science, emerged only during the last three to six seconds.
While much has been discovered about nutrition in its short scientific history, the road ahead still holds many discoveries in our journey toward optimal health. Of the many vehicles on that road, USANA is the Mercedes Benz®, leading the way in quality and integrity.
The name “USANA” derives from Greek and Latin and means “true health.”
USANA was founded with a mission to manufacture the highest quality products without compromise, products that people can trust. Because poor manufacturing can destroy great science, USANA is one of the few companies to manufacture most of its products in its own state-of-the-art facility. To ensure that the formulas developed in USANA’s laboratories are produced consistently, the same process is followed each time manufacturing begins. When raw ingredients first arrive at USANA, they are immediately quarantined until they are tested for purity, potency, and quality. If an ingredient fails to meet set standards, it is rejected and returned to the supplier.
So there is no questioning the quality of the product or the company or its vision. The problem is getting quality leads.
Here is just a sampling of what Usana leads can cost you, keeping in mind that your conversion ratio will probably be 1-3% (if you are lucky) — in other words, out of 100 leads, you might get 1-3 people who will join your business and/or buy your product(s) — depending upon just how good the leads really are, and there are no guarantees on results.
Each Double Opt-in MLM lead/home business lead record includes: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Street Address, City, Country, Zip Code, Phone Number, IP Address, Date Stamp & Time Stamp of the visitor who has opted to receive information about Home Business.
Don’t waste your time and money buying leads! Leads are a costly and time consuming way of building your business. If you are lucky AND you have a great list you may get 1-3% of this purchased leads list actually interested in what you have to offer! That is considered the industry average for leads lists. What that means is, for every one hundred people on your leads list, only 1 – 3 people will even want to hear anything about what you have to offer! When you look at how much you pay for your list, divide by 3, to get the average cost you are paying for people showing interest. Let’s say you purchase a bottom end list and spend $100 for 100 leads. $100 / 3 = S33 per interested lead.
The next step is the cost of your time. How much is your time worth? That is for you to determine but let’s say all you think your time is worth is $5.00 per hour (that’s less than a minimum wage worker by the way). It is not uncommon for entrepreneurs to spend hours with a prospect who is showing interest in their business, product or service. So let’s say you are real lucky and you only have to spend 20 hours per prospect developing a relationship by providing information, answering questions, or giving presentations so your prospect can make a “buying decision”. Now you have 20 hours X $5.00 = $100 per prospect. The actual cost per person from your lead list is $100 + $33 = $133 per business customer relationship.
What if you value your time at say $20 per hour, which by employment standards is probably at the low end of a good wage, your cost from lead to business relationship is $20 X 20 hours = $400 + $33 = $433 per person. So if all 3 leads decide to enter into a business customer relationship with you, your actual cost for developing those relationships is $433 X 3 = $1299.
Here is a bit of a Heads Up.
You will need to call hundreds of them to find one who is remotely interested. You need to have excellent telemarketing skills. You will need to take the abuse and rejection that you will receive from 90% of the people you call. You may be very good at telemarketing and rejection doesn’t bother you. Personally, I do not know many people who can say this, and even if you are good at closing leads, the majority of people are not, meaning your business will be difficult, at best, to grow in this way.
What about your down line? Realize that your entire down line is not customers but distributors just like you. Are they all going to buy leads and do this too? Nope.
Buying customers is so much simpler. Buying customers makes so much more sense. Wouldn’t you rather have a customer, who is already purchasing your product or service, than a lead you will have to “sell” on your product or service?
