Are There Health Benefits in Tea?

Tea is considered the world’s most popular beverage, after water.

All three conventional teas ? green, black and oolong ? come from the same plant (Camellia sinensis), but their chemical content and flavors are different because they’re processed differently. Green tea leaves are steamed before they’re dried, which prevents the breakdown of catechins and preserves their green color. Black tea is made by allowing the leaves to oxidize and ferment, which darkens them and converts some of the catechins into other compounds. Oolong tea is only partially fermented.

All tea is actually healthy to drink in varying degrees and ways. In general, the less processed a tea is, the more antioxidants and less caffeine it has. The spectrum from White to Black teas increases in processing each time. Herbal tea is not made from the same plant, so most Herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free and has different health benefits.

Most teas are completely natural with no artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring. Tea is also virtually calorie-free if taken without milk or sugar and can play a major role in maintaining bodily fluid balance. Tea also has many other benefits:

Tea contains fluoride, which strengthens tooth enamel and can help reduce the formation of plaque.

Tea contains anti-oxidants in varying degrees (primarily in white and green tea, but also black tea in smaller quantities), which may help to reduce the risk of cancer (primarily lung, skin, and colon cancer).

Tea contains polyphenols, which are thought to help inhibit the absorption of cholesterol into the blood stream and help prevent the formation of blood clots.

Tea contains caffeine which acts as a mild stimulant and increases the activity of the digestive juices. Caffeine helps stimulate the heart and circulatory system, which aids in keeping the walls of blood vessels soft, reducing the likelihood of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

Teas photochemical are the most potent substances known for inhibiting the oxidation of LDL, or “bad” cholesterol (free radical oxidation of LDL is how cholesterol ends up clogging arteries). Tea even contains more heart-healthy catechins than red wine (and you can drive home after wards). Research in Japan found that women over forty who drank five cups a day had half the rate of strokes.

A few simple tips to improve health

It is no wonder our health is failing. Besides the stress of our modern lives, the toxic world which we live in and steady diets of denatured / processed / packaged foods and beverages, we no longer breathe right or give ourselves a drink of water. The health benefits of simply breathing more deeply and drinking clean water can be quite amazing. With this small group, we should include tea and honey. Both tea and honey are known to contain antioxidants, which help prevent damage to cells and tissues that contribute to diseases like cancer.

We’re pretty lucky to have all these health tips available to us, aren’t we? Especially, if we pay attention to this information and apply it ourselves and families and share information with others. At ASH, member always share their health information. Today I’d like to share some other news. A lot of us are into MLM or Network Marketing and a lot of us are failing in MLM or Network Marketing. Based on that, I’m going to share something else with you.

After years of failure – scores of every day people like myself are now achieving success. This is not a risky new business but rather a combination of strengths of two established companies, each over 8 years old. The result is that the team is breaking all previous records and that this will provide long term residual income for many for years and years to come. There is nothing else on Google to compare and it is the perfect Work from Home business!

I don’t buy Leads. I buy customers. They cost $50 each. Half of what the results of buying leads conversion cost without all the time spent. I don’t have to make any calls. I don’t get rejected. I do not have good telemarketing skills. I don’t need them. And when I buy customers, they appear in my downline with out any effort on my part. And the 10% of my downline that are distributors do the same thing.
